SUMMIT COMMUNITY PATHWAY | Discipleship Process
To help more people join the community, grow spiritually, and live out God’s love, our focus must be on guiding individuals to trust God in every area of life. This journey, called the Summit Community Pathway, is compared to climbing a mountain. It starts with low-risk, low-commitment steps and moves toward greater trust, risk, and mission involvement. As people progress, they gain the skills and confidence to disciple others, creating a multiplying effect that fosters ongoing spiritual growth and lasting transformation.
THE PATH OF A LEADER
Leadership is a journey, a climb that shapes you while you help others grow. But don’t worry… you’re not on your own. You’re part of a community of leaders who meet regularly for support, encouragement, and to help each other navigate the “ups and downs” that are an inevitable part of servant leadership.
Phase 1: Explore & Experience – Start gathering and building trust.
Phase 2: Commit & Grow – Go deeper through workshops, spiritual disciplines, and shared life.
Phase 3: Lead & Mentor – Co-lead and disciple others. Become part of the leader network providing ongoing coaching and support.
Phase 4: Multiply & Launch – Start new groups and guide new leaders. Continue as part of leader network providing coaching, support, and opportunities to coach others.
