Summit Initiative has developed a proven model that supports Service Members' psychological, spiritual, and social needs, aimed at combating issues like suicidal ideation, divorce, and isolation.
Summit aims to address the rising isolation and decreasing spirituality among Service Members and their families, which are known drivers of mental health issues and suicidal ideation. We do so by fostering community and resilience through authentic storytelling and peer support, rather than traditional methods that may feel agenda-driven.

Since October 2019, Summit has facilitated 37 events for approximately 2,200 Service Members and their families. These events have led to significant improvements in confidence, unity, trust, morale, and hope, with lasting effects for returning participants.
Summit is dedicated to building community within the military by creating small support groups and empowering leaders at all levels. This is done by offering training that fosters connection through storytelling, and benefiting a diverse range of Service Members.
The Preservation of the Force & Family (POTFF) initiative by SOCOM aims to enhance the readiness and resilience of Special Operations Members and their families across five key categories. Summit believes it can contribute significantly, particularly in less measurable areas beyond cognitive and physical domains.
